Access the research commons.

The Source Biome commons is an open, anonymized, longitudinal microbiome dataset that grows with every member. We grant access to researchers on transparent terms. Tell us a little about your work and we’ll follow up. There is no cost to access the commons for legitimate research.

The commons contains only de-identified, aggregated data governed by a public protocol. Individual-level data never leaves our systems. Access is reviewed individually and may require agreeing to a data-use agreement.
